Simply Admission Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Simply Admission, a Noida, India-based software company dedicated to streamlining the admission process of schools and other educational institutes. This is the (Terms and Conditions) or (Terms of Service) section that outlines the rules and expectations for users on our website or service. These terms of service govern all use of our admission CRM software, application, and platform.

Simply Admission is one of the highly advanced admission management software designed to provide a better enrollment experience to institutes, students, and parents. We offer a comprehensive school admission CRM system integrated with potential features including a Facebook application to assist our users in leads management by gathering relevant data (as per privacy policy) from their ad campaigns.

We as a service provider reserve all rights to modify or update our terms and conditions and our products without any prior notice or notification. As a responsible and aware user of our services, it is their obligation to check our latest updates and terms of service and adhere to them.

KINDLY READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY FOR A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF OUR SERVICES AND POLICIES. BY AVAILING OF OUR SERVICES, YOU ACCEPT/ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Use of Services

The client guarantees the agreement confidentiality, covering your account credentials and all relevant elements. The client agrees to maintain confidentiality which includes account information and other relevant details. You adhere not to share the terms of our contract to any third-party sources. The client is also prohibited from using our services for any sort of illegal activity and promises not to directly or indirectly engage in any criminal activity and to only use the school ERP services for legitimate purposes.

Note: Simply Admission takes strict security measures to protect the privacy and vital data of our Clients/Users.

Payment

The User, Client or You agree to pay all applicable fees to avail of our Admission CRM system services. one-time implementation and training charges are also borne by the client only. Users are also allowed to pay fees on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly basis, depending on the final agreement with our management. The user should give prior notice to Simply Admission if they want to discontinue our services.

Limitation of Liability

Neither party, its directors, CEOs, and employees, shall be liable or obligated for any sort of loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, reputation, goodwill, or any other business-related losses. This also includes losses due to corruption, theft, and data loss. Simply Admission is not liable for the deletion, corruption, or failure of any kind of data while it is stored. Both parties are responsible for protecting each other's privacy and data integrity throughout this agreement. The User (also referred to as Client or You) is responsible for safeguarding the login credentials provided by Simply Admission. Any unauthorized data sharing or credential disclosure is unacceptable and will result in the immediate termination of the contract between the User (YOU) and Simply Admission (WE).

Personal Data Protection

"Simply Admission aims to protect the sensitive data of our clients from outside threats like hacking, cybercrime, phishing, etc. Highly advanced measures are implemented by Simply Admission to secure user's data with advanced security protocols. The data includes, but is not limited to, credentials, location, personal information, etc."

Termination of the Contract

Simply Admission receives all rights to discontinue or terminate the client's admission CRM services before delivering any prior official notice. The reasons include but are not limited to a breach of the Terms and Conditions. It should be written content agreed by both parties and the client must give prior notice in case they want to suspend the Simply Admission services.

Indemnity

Both parties agree to indemnify each other from losses and damages of any kind. We bear all expenses for any suit or action that might be filed against the client for alleged violation of the copyrights or tries to steal our design and/or development of the Software. Simply Admission will indemnify and hold harmless the client from any claims, actions, suits, and liabilities which may be adjudged or decreed against you on account of such infringement; provided. If the client chooses to fight any claims and pay the price they will indemnify and hold harmless Simply Admission from and against all damages and costs which may be adjudged or decreed against us on account of such infringement; provided, however, that Client, User or You so chooses
